Probably best known for his soundtrack to Amelie, Yann Tierson composes some beautiful melodies. He also composed the music for the subtle and amusing German movie, 'Good Bye, Lenin!' starring the lovely Daniel Br?hl.

I have two of his albums including a live in concert album which is just brilliant!

My favourite tune is 'La valise d'Amelie' but his other music is just as sublime too.

I like Agoria, I think they are best described as 'experimental' though they definately have a dance vibe. I also like 'Experience' who are another french experimental music group.
