Yet another marriage dua

I heard this on a TV show here in Pakistan called Quran TV on a phone in show called Istikhara. A guy called in and said that he is having a hard time getting married...Moulana Bashir from Seylani Welfare trust mentioned that the guy should read a 100 times after fajr and Asr the Third Kalima:
SUBHANAILAHE WAL HAMDO LILLAHE WAL LAILAHA ILLALLAHO WALLAHO-AKBAR WALA HAULA WALA QUWWATA ILLA BILLAHILL-IL-ALIYYIL AZEEM...
