Your '5 a day' guide

Are you getting your 5 portions of fruit and veg per day?

Celeb chef James Martin says: "Who says lunch time has to be boring? These 5 a day lunch box recipes are packed full of lots of different fruit and vegetables for a tasty lunch every day of the week. I?ve designed them to fit into different lifestyles ?some of them can be whipped up in as little as five minutes, while others are best made the night before when you have a little more time on your hands.

Each of the recipes contains three of your recommended five portions so just combine them with a delicious Vie Shot* and a piece of fruit and you?ve reached your five a day target in your lunch hour!"

* or other fruit smoothie..

U know when u get a good car and the roooode boys then stick some massive spoilers, and get 43 lights added, and make flames sprayed on sides etc...well u r messing up a good thing, the same applies to a potato, which in its own has good potassium,low sodium,great vit C,folate,vit B6,niacin,iodine,it is good energy source,has protein too, is low cals and has no cholesterol. And the skin is fibre rich.Now take away skin, throw it in high satuarted fat and then eat it dripping in oil, and the potato aint what it was. The oil now is choleterol (bad ldl type) high, and u have alot of fat and calories too. Not only that alot of vits andmins go in the cooking. Also fruit has a lower Gi, and u cn eat it raw, U ever try eating a raw potato on the train?nah didnt think so. Adn the fruit will give u the right soluble and insoluble fibre, pills can work, Konjac is good, but man get on the fruit buggy!
