Assalamu alaykum. Many people use arabic script in their profiles and journals. I know how to configure my computer so that I can write in Arabic, but I can't figure out how to view it. Any help with this would be much appreciated.

Assalamu Alaikum,

This village has been idle for quite some time. Here are some resources :

- Arabic language resource page www.islamic-knowledge.com
***************************
This site has links to lots of stuff form vocabulary and common words to alphabets and beginning grammar as well as dictionaries.

- Learn how to perfect the sound of Arabic letters transliteration.org
*****************************************
very nice with a clear illustration. I think most native Arabic speakers need to go over it as well :) to read Quraan in the most perfect way.

I think most people want to learn Arabic to read Quran. I think that the following sites are very useful

- Quran Transliteration 4bm.com
********************
This site is nice as it shows for every verse the English version, the Arabic one and the roman transliteration as well as the option to hear it. Also the whole site transliteration.org has other useful links to learn how to read Quran.

- Arabic verbs in Quraan www.geckil.com
*********************
you can use this to boost your vocabulary or just to browse. It has links to the position in which the verb was mentioned.

Hope this will help in Shaa Allah.
Salam
