has added a new journalWhat dose one do when they feel soo out of reach from religion and Allah.
I blame me for this, but I also blame my parents. Keeping prayer, Fasting, Having Quran Kani, etc were great, I even went to Sunday school because my mother pushed us to. They showed us some what of the things we need to keep up. But I cant help but still feel very far away. Now at age 29 I am trying to finish Quran and I want to be in full practice, but its hard.
I have a person I am reading Quran with, and Inshallah I will be staring Arabic classes. But there is sooo much more I need to know and do, and I don't have the support for it.
I cant help but feel like Religion was important but did not come FIRST it came 2nd to everything. It was present, and existed, but us daughters getting married came as one of the first for my father, or my parents getting a business, so they can have this house and nice things came first.
I cant help but feel sooo ANGRY about that because now I am struggling soo much and on my own.
I want to be a GOOD Mother inshallah but I cant if I cant put RELIGION first and be knowledgeable. I get so frustrated with my self for this!

Well I havent had any Miracles happen but I sure do pray for some. I have been going threw some depression, I often feel like not waking up and just sleeping my days away.So any Duaas you know of that can help please let me know.
I really NEED things to change!! One day really may not wake up ever!

Supergirl, I agree with you that everything Allah does for us is part of a master plan and, in the end, He wants nothing but the best for us. While the things that happen to us may not seem fair or make sense, they happen for a reason and we should trust and have faith in Allah.As for finding a Prince Charming: girl, I don't know if he exists. And if he does, he must be hinding out in an Amazonian rain forest---let's imagine that he's conducting research on the efficacy of the periwinkle on childhood leukemia---because he sure as hell isn't anywhere I've been. :)

I honestly wake up and pray to find my Prince Charming one day! So far I believe Allah has me on his waiting list. Be consistent, don't give up. I believe health and happiness are one of the most important things in life. Everyone should take some time out to pray for their self, family and friends. Allah never ever lets one prayer go to waste. At times it takes a little longer for him to grant the wish to you, but he never lets us down. Remember he knows what's good and bad for us. So don't be surprised if your wish wasn't granted to you because it's not good in your behalf.
