NO2 in Bodybuilding
I have used NO2 for body building, but I lost 20 pounds in 3 months (both muscle and fat). I think this product doesn't work for everyone. NO2 may be good if the primary goal is to loose fat and sustain the "pump", increase in muscle fibre, etc etc. I have stopped taking this supplement and using only creatine and whey protein now. Any comments?
