For years, copying other people, I tried to know myself. From within, I couldn't decide what to do. Unable to see, I heard my name being called. Then I walked outside. Who called?? From inside or outside??

MAULANA'S LAST LETTER TO SHAMS Sometimes I wonder, sweetest love, if you Were a mere dream in along winter night, A dream of spring-days, and of golden light Which sheds its rays upon a frozen heart; A dream of wine that fills the drunken eye. And so I wonder, sweetest love, if I Should drink this ruby wine, or rather weep; Each tear a bezel with your face engraved, A rosary to memorize your name... There are so many ways to call you back- Yes, even if you only were a dream. translated by An... Read More

I am online rarely enough. Anytime I see myself as the most active member in a village, (or so its been thus far,) I know that its time to leave the village, because it means that everyone else in the village is less active than my own inactive self.. So it is with a heavy heart that I bid farewell to the great members of this village, and to the kewl conversations I've shared, of which I remember Challoyaar and Sam77 most fondly. Have fun peeps.. and thank for helping me keep my villages under 20!
