K, honestly. Enough is enough. It is time to wise up. I have rule of thumb with my friends. If they screw me over once, I will let it go. Just wanted to share this piece of information. I saw the stand up special called 'For What It's Worth' on comedy central. Comedy central has a show called 'Secret Stash', which features some standup acts uncensored. This act was part of the same series. It was pretty good. I am sure they'll have a rerun. The only problem is the ungodly hours (1AM saturdays) at which they run (understandably so, :) ) Next time, if I see any other act info ahead of time, I'll post it on group journal.

Salams everyone, I went to a sheesha store the other day, and checked out some new setups. Some of the newer ones had acrylic bases versus the glass water jugs. Man, they sealed like crazy! They worked really well and were much less delicate than the glass ones. Has anybody smoked a sheesha setup using the acrylic base?

October 26, 2005 at 2:40pmacrylic def seems more reasonable when it comes to longevity, but from my experience it tends to need different setting up. I becomes harsher quicker. I prefer glass.

The Muslim Da3yah, Amr Khaled, has a daily show in Ramadan on the arabic satellite station called "Iqra2" (Read). There is a beautiful nasheed at the beginning and end of the show.
