I bought this book over a year ago whilst browsing the bookshelves at a bookshop in my lunchbreak... It had a beautifully tactile limited edition cover of irredescent, pearlised paper... I unashamedly admit to (when it comes to books) judging a book by it's cover. As with so many books that I've picked up off the shelf like this, it turned out to be a marvellous read. I do tend to be drawn to books that have obscure titles like this one. The book begins: ''Two years after my mother died, my father fell in love with a glamourous blonde Ukraninian divorcee. He was eighty-four, she was thirty six'' A lighthearted comic read with some more serious issues (hidden pasts, sibling rivalry, rights to inheritence, marriages of convenience, the lure of the west, history or tractors...) underlying it all. Delightful.

i have a question, i finished my residency training, however i feel like i still want to learn a lot of things, and therefore my friends are suggesting me to do a fellowship, now my question is does it have to be fellowship to make me feel like i am learning or can it be any other kinda experience that makes me feel like i am still in the process of learning, but wat?, any suggestion?
