Curious to know what everyone is planting, especially in vegetable gardens. This year I set up a raised cinderblock bed, and have 10 tomatoes, 5 peppers, four eggplants (that are currently being chewed up by something), and a watermelon and cantaloupe. One cuke plant is vining up as well. I also have a secondary ground-level patch with summer squash and some poblano peppers, but it's a half-shade half-sun area, so I'm not expecing much there. Anyone else?

hey guys...here's my issue....me and my sis run around this lake by our house every morning...really pretty scenic view....lovely flowers..u get the pic...but...nowadays...all these geese have taken over...at first...they were happy by the water and we were happy on the walkway..but now..they have little baby geese (really cute) and they walk over to the sidewalk..so the parent geese follow...and when u run by them..then hisssss at you...and freak the LIFE outta ya! just this morning..we had to turn around and r... Salaams Allright now. How do I upload properly? I was trying to upload a photo to a journal entry (YES I PAID for a membership, I caved, I caved!) and nothing is showing up. Do they go up for approval first or something? I'm a bit duhh on this.

I highly, highly recommend reading "Photographic Composition : Guidelines for Total Image Control Through Effective Design" by Tom Gill and Marks Scanlon. It's more of a conceptual book which makes it extremely interesting, yet allows you to apply techniques to the real world as well. If you get a chance, check it out.

Okay Peeps, I will be in visiting California next week - arrive in LA on Wednesday and then will be driving up to San Francisco on the 26th - will be there until the 30th / 31st May and then back to LA until the 5th of June. I will be staying in West Hollywood and would appreciate some tips on where to go and what not to do! Also do you guys know of any good halal restaurants in the area especially middle eastern ones? Well, this one is fer those tennis tips, which after sets and sets of frustrating games, we found improved our game...e.g this one worked fer me..., if u want your serves to kick up , try tossing the ball slightly (ever so slightly) behind... If u have any tips , do share!!! ALSO: if u d like tips/advice abt improving yer game, do POST!! OVER n OUT fer NOW...beam me up scotty!!
