  • You may know the T as Boston's subway, but in fact the T is a scary ride, scarier than any roller coster, funhouse or scary plane ride I'v been on. If it isn't the cattle car appearance or the strong resemblance to trains taking death bound prisoners to a camp, its the squeeky girating movemet, the random stops along the way, the lack of an emergency exit, and I haven't even metioned the company just yet...salavating dogs to salavating humans, wounds ozing blood and pus and that's the green line on a good ... • For those who've taken the PMBR course for the Bar Exam: do you think it's much better to take the actual PMBR course, or is the book from the course sufficient to get a lot out of the course??? I can get last year's PMBR book virtually for free, but would have to pay a good 300-400 for the actual course. Please advise on the benefits of the course as opposed to the book/s from the course. Gracias.

    June 3, 2005 at 8:38pm
I took the class and recommend it. Seriously the reason I passed (along with Duw'as).

  • Hi all, just wondering if anyone knows when an insurance company decides to total a vehicle. does it total the vehicle when the price of fixing it exceeds its book value, or when the price of fixing exceeds a certain percentage of the vehicle's value. ie: damage = $4800, value - 5500. will the ins. company fix or scrap?

    June 20, 2005 at 10:25am
    Good for you F!
    June 19, 2005 at 10:10pm
hey, htanks for your response. but this company would rather give us money for the car, even tho that was almost $1000 more. crazy.
    June 19, 2005 at 7:56pm
it really depends on the insurance agency..typically, they want to repair it unless it costs moe to fix the car than the blue book value of the car

  • Born in Melbourne, I was brought up Christian of the Protestant persuasion, in my teen years. I was confronted with the problems normal to a reasonably intelligent young man, these problems being basically relating to the reconciling of everyday affairs with the claims of religion and here I came across the first weakness of Christianity. Christianity is a dualism which regards the world as sinful and seeks to turn its back on the realities of life, projecting its hopes into a future world. As a result of this t... Read More
