Does anyone have any recommendations for a good workout video? I'm looking for something that's an hour long and maybe intermediate-advanced level. I heard Tae-Bo was good... and those bellydancing workout videos look interesting. Any suggestions?

OK. We all agree people like Killzone and others who model professionally are hot. No doubt about it. Are Arabs in your community also scared/disgusted by dogs? For one, I am a little scared of them, and of course, because of the fact that they are unclean according to Islam (we must make wudu' 7 times if we touch one, I believe), I'm a bit disgusted by them. I'm due for an upgrade. Am on a free-time package where I get 3000 off-peak mins per year. I didn't go for a handset last year but a line rental reduction of ?13 a month. This year they are offering me ?10 a month discount only. Does anyone know if I can get a better offer or if I'm better of getting a similar deal elsewhere? I do need T-mobile as most of my special friends are on this network!
