Now they changed it...for the crotch! All you see is mid-riff of some guy, mind you-the midriff has water streaming on it, apparently the guy forgot to dry himself or something (I guess that's the idea) and then the jeans, ... Read More

  • This is a test. This journal is about how long a journal can go before it breaks down into side banter between two or more of the journal contributors... Usually goes something like this..."yes i agree, bush is an idiot..but hey sweetie how are you?? i miss you?? where have you been?" then the reply "ohh..i was vacationing in bermuda..the weather was beautiful" and the rest is history..so how many entries before this happens on THIS journal??

  • His collection of essays is perhaps one of the best books i have ever read. Apart from (Neechy's "Thus Spoke Zarathustra") this book emphatically changed me. American transcendentalism, east side, at its best. :) "If the Stars should appear one night in a thousand years, how would men believe and adore; and preserve for many generations the remembrance of the city of God which had been shown. But every night come out these envoys of beauty, and light the universe with their admonishing smile." implore you ... Read More

  • Ok ... so we haven't chatted about food in a while (Uppercut must be busy) ... so I'm wondering where do you get the best Arab food in the Chicago area? Something akin to La Shish in Detroit (which is the standard as far as I'm concerned). It doesn't have to be a beautiful place ... it just has to have great tasting food ... my preference - Chicken Shish Tawook (Lebanese / Syrian style) ... Suggestions? Bring'em on ... I'm hungry ...
