  • Hey guys! This is a real cool vill. I just joined it and read some freakiest stories. Soem weird things happened to me a fewtimes. I was born and raised in Pakistan. I used to do all my prayers and read Quran everyday. It's sad that I do't do it no more. Astaghfirullah. Anyways. One day I remember that I didn't wake up for Fajr prayer. It was a few minutes b4 the sunrise I remember that someone shook me. I opened my eyes and saw my mom there. I got out of the bed; did namaz and went to sleep again. Later in t... Read More

  • So I planned a trip to Charlottesville to take the Motorcycle Rider's Safety Course - booked it a month in advance instead of 6 months like NoVa Comm College. The class is $80, I booked a room at the doubletree ($100 a night). My friend just cancelled on me just now - would prefer not to go alone. If anyone wants either the class or to share the room, let me know. The class can be put in someone else's name by calling them up. The class is for street bikes. Class times are Friday 5:45PM - 9:45PM Sat and Sun 12:4... Read More

  • I thoroughly maintain that al-islam.org quotes thousands of references to try and support their points, but this referencing is merely to deceive the reader believing these claims of authority. They further quote many secondary works to allegedly bolster the claims of their arguments, while all of these secondary references rely on a few primary works. Even than, when the secondary works quote the primary references, it is without giving any weight to their authenticity. This is clearly evident in their nar... Read More

  • Hello everybody. I'm about to head to San Diego for two months in September and I'm actually rather nervous. It'll be my first time across the water, so to speak, and I am anticipating a culturally fascinating experience. I thought it would be nice to meet up with some Naseeb people when I come over to the States, especially since I'm going to be alone in a new place. The reason why I'm coming over is because I am doing a couple of clerkships at the UCSD School of Medicine, as part of my med school deg... Read More

  • Arab Honor's Price: A Woman's Blood By 3amo: DOUGLAS JEHL ESAIFAH, Jordan -- It took six years for the al-Goul family to hunt down their daughter Basma. She had run away with a man, afraid for her life after her husband suspected her of infidelity. Her husband divorced her and, in hiding, she married the other man. But back in this overcrowded, largely Palestinian village, where a woman's chastity is everyone's business, the contempt for her family kept spreading. Reuters Women accused in sexu... Read More

  • Our identity was preserved because of the sacrifice of the Jami'a and Sheikh Benbadis, Ibrahimi and Mohamed al EID Al Khalifa as its leaders. After most of them died (some while detained by our beloved Boumediene), Sheikh Sahnoune kept the candle lit until his death this year. One should always remember the genius of Malek Bennabi who knew how to connect between the deeply rooted Islamic tradition with a progressist thought. To him orientalism or socialism were slogans not meant for us. A model of bravery was se... Read More
