Narrated Umm Umarah, daughter of Ka'b Once when the Prophet (peace be upon him) visited her and she called for food for him, he told her that she must eat also; but when she replied that she was fasting he said, "When people eat beside one who is fasting the angels invoke blessings on him (her) till they finish eating." "Balle Balle Arthur!" They put the P in PMS, plain and simple. I've yet to meet a Punjabi that doesn't have a short-temper. They are the Klingons of the brown folk. Always looking for a fight. Even if you say "Listen Punjabi, I'm not looking for a fight" they'll still think it's fighting words. I got a lot of Punjabi friends and they're always fighting amongst each other. Even I start yelling and screaming if I'm around Punjabis too long. I've been offended 8 times in my entire life. Once by an Arab, the... Read More

In our history are _all_ the lessons for us to overcome our present situation. What's more, there is _always_ worthy information to mine even from what some may consider "boring, mundane history." I have extensively read islamic history and understand the cause of the disillusionment of some, but that doesn't mean that we stop mining the lessons that are are sitting there for us, out in the open, to learn and benefit from. Some questions to pique everyone's interest: - Do you know how Gibralter got its name?... Read More

As varied as my musical taste is there are just some tracks that I cant stand like Akon's "Lonely" which infuriated the hell out of me when it was number one in the charts for 3 weeks consecutively. Its an ok song until you hear the high pitch hamster/helium drunk kid screaching: # loooooooonely, i'm so looooooonely# Its enough to make me tear my hair out!

You know the soul is a beautiful thing...why do people abuse thier hearts and souls? Religion (in my opinion) is means to purify your heart and soul and elevate them to a higher more pure level, so that you are able to grasp the true meaning of things and so that you can love and be loved with no boundries. Religion should enable you to reache a level where you reach absolute serenity and feel at peace. I find it sad that people start to use religion as a tool to fool themselves and others. To provide a sens... Read More

just wondering what you all thought about the 2005 raiders' first pre-season game against the niners. other than losing the game, i thought the first unit, especially offensively was strong. i know it was the niners, but it seem liked they could drive on them at will. lamont jordan looked great, i wish we had gotten a chance to see randy moss go deep, but im sure that'll come soon enough.
