  • What is it that gets you through the day on Phase 1? Especially around 3-4 pm when the carb cravings hit hard? I have some Crystal Light Lemonade on tons of crushed ice and some nuts and cheese. Today I had a bowl of "cholay" (aka "chunnay"). So filling and yummy. Just what I needed!

  • Now my issue --- I very recently met a person in Jordan who, unfortunately, thinks the age split between us is too large, 6 years doesn't seem like much too me, but apparently she disagrees. I think it's a cultural thing, arab girls tend to believe the man must be older, rather than vice versa and i have no doubt that if i was 30 and she 24 it wouldn't have been a problem but the roles where reversed (ahh, fate, you tosser). and this brings my own questions to the table, considering i'm soon to be an ame... • I have an infatuation with this group because I know them on a personal level. I have spent countless times at 18 Street Lounge (the club they used to co-own) listening to these guys perfect their music, rang in the New Year with them and have been brought up on stage to hang out. I have been able to get to know Rob and Eric on a personal level and can inform you that their attitudes are reflected in their music. These two have a talent I wish I could come close to mirroring. With a compilation of acid jazz, Bra... Read More

  • I don't know if I should feel honored or castrated??? Am I so honored to be accepted into the sorority of single females as an honorary member, to hold and cherish the deepest secrets and most sacred of knowledge that will ultimately make me a better man? Or does this mean I'm a single girl now too? (Thanks MPG, I think! :P )

It also had matches from Calgary Stampede wrestling and all the way to his days of WCW. But the thing that i liked the most of the set was the wrestling with shadows documentary and this shoot interview. The shoot interview was amazing and at the same thing heart breaking it had him talkin bout how he imagined life with Owen and what they would of done af... Read More
