i went to the CIARA concert in NJ last week or so and it was great. CIARA was looking hot. I love her. im so confused......Can anyone tell me exactly what is an observership? is it an elective just that your not getting credit and a grade for it? also, what is an externship and sub-internship? which one of the three is better to do in hopes of getting a residency for someone who has done all their clinics outside the US?
