Who is interested in watching "LOST" on ABC TV? It starts at 9 on Wednesdays. I volunteer Chad's place (LowCortisol on Naseeb) in Aliso. We can gather around 8, have a light dinner and then watch the second season of LOST every Wed. Whos up, whos down, whos out?

Well this matter doesn't really apply to me since I was brought up speaking Arabic at home, however some of my friends expressed interest in getting to learn the basics of Arabic and I was wondering how hard it would be to learn how to write and read stuff at a pretty advanced age (20-30). I can't really provide an answer since as I mentioned I'm fluent in Arabic, therefore I decided to ask some of the non-native users of this language about their personal experiences. Thank you :)
September 26, 2005 at 11:16amsalam, learning how to read and write is not difficult.there have been many converts that can get to the level of reading and writing the letters so that they can read the quran...
