He was convinced that all his logic and laws in physics were just a huge pile of junk and apologized for everything he had done. In the movies of Sultan Rahi, Newton was conf... Read More

The following article taken from freespace.virgin.net "The Indian Mutiny started at Meerut in May 1857 when Sepoys in the army of the East India Company, refused to handle new cartridges apparently greased with pig and cow fat, insulting to Muslims and Hindus respectively. It spread rapidly to Delhi and soon included most regiments of the Bengal army and a large section of the civilian population. The mutiny spread to Lucknow, which was besieged, and to Cawnpore, where the mas... Read More

Having heard most of the songs on their Hopes and Fears album, I can say that they are one of the bands that I like to listen to at the moment. I just love the mesmerising "Somewhere only we know", and also "The last time" and "Everybody's changing". I like their simple style and their intelligent lyrics. They remind me a lot of Starsailor. Anyone else a fan?
January 22, 2006 at 7:43amYeah Star Sailor are one of my fav bands. Like Silence is Easy and In the Crossfire. Wicked songs.

Ok I thought to get people interested into joining the journal I gotta post in some topics. I honestly dont understand why people lie. When you are first getting to know someone, its expected that they're not gonna spill all the skeletons in their closest the first time you talk, but at the same time some do display an artifical persona of who they are. Why? If one is dishonest about who are they are, it seems as if its inevitable that you 'real' charcteristics are gonna surface one day or the other, so ... Read More

I remember her when she was in the Sugarcubes. I love what she can do with her voice. Not many people explore the potential of their own voices the way she does. She even had a whole album that was made up of nothing but voices, bells and chimes. And I actually like her sense of style too, it's sophisticated, quirky, cute and sensual, just like she is. www.bjork.com

Benjamin Biolay is a French singer-songwriter, I bought his 'Negatif' album as an import after finding it on the net and, quite simply, just liking the look of the cover! I hadn't heard his music before but when I did I instantly loved it. Benjamin Biolay is also famous for having Catherine Deneuve (French actress) as a mother-in-law, being married to the beautiful Chiara Mastroianni who is also a talented actress. www.benjaminbiolay.com
