"Human Behaviour" As humans we are so complex, there is so much to understand and yet so little that can be understood. Well, that's how I feel sometimes... It's so true what Bjork says... there is no 'map' or 'guide' to human behaviour, it's all down to personal and collective experience and individual choices or for want of a better phrase 'just the way we are'. Sometimes we can try to hard too try to understand ourselves and others when what we should admit is we just don't know why we behave in certain wa... Read More

How does Neruda influence you? The answer to this you folks should include when posting his poems. What does it mean to you? Sure the words are great and so is the imagery. But what in them provokes you? Neruda, from what little I know of him, was a man of revolutionary ideals. Though we may not care to carry forward those ideals, or may even find those ideals repugnant, but his poems are sprinkled with some elements which we can associate with. Appreciate with sincerity!

But Very few of us are classically beautiful; Most of us aren't going to get on a magazine cover. What's deeply sat... Read More

The people in Neruda
The People From: ?Plenos poderes? I recall that man and not two centuries have passed since I saw him, he went neither by horse nor by carriage: purely on foot he outstripped distances, and carried no sword or armour, only nets on his shoulder, axe or hammer or spade, never fighting the rest of his species: his exploits were with water and earth, with wheat so that it turned into bread, with giant trees to render them wood, w... Misfortunes of this time, appearing like tiny grapes that bunch together in green bitterness, confused, secret tears of the days, until the elements divulge their clusters. Yes, seeds, grief, everything that pulses terrified... Read More
