The King has no reigns on his horse as it wildly heaves and runs rampant on the plain that his majesty thought was his domain Trying to get this animal to run the direction North he ends up going South And when The King finally stops the direction of his steed his calm is destroyed by a heavy wind Fallen, bruised, and near death The King eyes flicker to see a reality of truly being called Sultan with his last breath he begs to be accepted into his Lord's Presence

Today's American Muslims are not the first wave of Muslims who came here. Muslims have tried to come here ever since the 12th century. However, between the 16th and 18th centuries, millions of them were brought here against their own free will. Not only half of 6 million Africans but thousands of fair-skinned slaves of Turkish/Hispanic origin from Morocco, Portugal and Spain, now know as Mullengeons were Muslims. They were robbed of their names, religion and language and a new identity was given to these once... Read More

"Deen should come before anything else as it is deen which is going to determine whether you go to hell or heaven. I'm not trying to say that one shouldn't have any akhlak, rather akhlaq and good manners are a part of deen and not having such qualities is a sin. Remember deen doesn't mean religion, it means a way of life. One shouldn't confuse the two. Islam isn't a religion, it's a way of life." I saw this written as a response to a JE in another village by one of our own village members--Babyj--and th... Read More

Any people in the UK willing to get things up and going, or for that matter anywhere in the world - travelling is not an obstacle as far as i'm concerned! Look forward to hearing what p... Read More

I like songs that tell a little story and this one is a classic example. I admire the attitude of this guy... I really dislike it when people allow others to walk all over them and continue to give people chances when they've blown every chance ever given to them already. Sometimes you really do have to say 'enough is enough' and realise that you're worth more and that someone really does have to do better than that! ------------------------ "Better Do Better" You're back, sitting on my doorstep,... Hello fellow MBAers - im an applicant this year and its definitely one of the worst/most competitive years to apply (daytime MBA). Seems like the number of applicants to most top schools has soared (in some cases by 50%), and thus the competition is just cut throat. Crazy Wondering if anyone else is in the same boat and/or your thoughts on my misery

By: Abdul Malik Mujahid Shia-Sunni violence has been on the rise in the last few years, particularly in Iraq and Pakistan. Every month, it seems, scores of Shias and Sunnis are killed in a vicious tit-for-tat between extremists on both sides. Many of the victims are killed as they pray within mosques. These incidents belie the reality of Shia-Sunni coexistence and cooperation. In Iraq, it is estimated that up to 30 percent of marriages are between Shias and Sunnis; victims of violence between the two gro... Read More

Asalaamu alaykum wa Rahmatullahi wa barakaatuh, Texas is proud to be the home state of George W Bush. It's red, white and blue all the way through, and as American as apple pie. Unbelievably, right here in the heartland of the USA, Bible-bashing conservatives are converting to Islam, which is now the fastest growing religion in the USA. Take Eric, for example. He's Texan born and bred, an American football fanatic who runs a trucking company and has been a Republican all his life. He was about to become ... Read More
