  • Ok, I need to find the name of perhaps a link to this song...but since I do not know the language I will attempt to repeat the melody through righting. The last word in refrain is "zindagI"... It goes like: paaam pam...zindagi paaam pam...zindagi It was playing in Tonic on Saturday, where I went to celebrate a birhtday of one of our proud Naseebers! If I can find the song, my day will be complete. Shukriya!

  • I know it's a little late (and I'm always late) but I'm doing a London - Brighton Bike race for the British Heart Foundation next Sunday. The journey should be about 90Km and I hope my tyres don't get punctured. The BHF works on various levels to promote good health. It's all for a good cause so if you lovely folks want to sponsor me in any capacity, don't be shy. Those sponsoring me the most will get to have a drink with me on Brighton pier and get a feel of my hairy thighs. Umer M.

  • Ever since the dawn of human life on this planet, Man has always sought to understand Nature, his own place in the scheme of Creation and the purpose of Life and the reason for which he was brought to Earth. In the Man's quest for Truth, spanning many centuries and diverse civilizations, Islam has shaped human life and determined to a large extent, the course of history. The Qur'an in many places challenges the people to produce a Surrah like one of its Surrahs. It appears that the Christian missionaries w... Read More

  • I was finally able to write to CRTC here in Canada via the web and complain about the overt sexual nature of programming espcially that of graphical nature that is becoming more common on television in Canada and have such programming censored. This reminded me to write(this was done by visiting there website) to our public transit authority in Toronto about the overly sexual nature of ads on our public transit cars and buses in terms of depicting "skin" and sexual lifestyles. We need to voice our concer... Read More
