Ok, guys how about a get together in the city? I know a nice italian resturant on Broadway/Columbus(Steps of rome), and there are lot of things to do there too. Dear fitness scholars, Would appreciate advice on the following: 1. milk: good for you or bad? Some friends of mine religiously eliminate it from their diets and just take calcium supplements. 2. protein shakes: Ive heard it best to take after a workout. H/w I workout at lunch time while at work and like to drink the shake in the evening before going to sleep. Are these wasted calories? Thanks
