Seems as though there aren't many of us girls in the field, eh? Why is it that there are more men in this particular field? It seems to me as though programming requires a lot more creativity than most other professions; actually, without fully capable and creative programs, other professionals wouldn't be able to work as efficiently. ^_^

I have spoken with several trainers and some have said-- 1) Do aerobic exercise first with less resistance but high speed to get your heart rate up. And then lift low weights (lets say for arms for ladies 5 to 8 pounds) with more repetitions and sets. (15 to 2 reps and about 4-5 sets) This I was told will make you lose weight and be more lean tone 2) Some say do weights first and then aerobic workout.
