No wonder so many people say google's search engine can find anything for you 1- Go to Google www.google.com) 2- Type in the word "Failure" 3- Instead of clicking "Google Search," click "I'm Feeling Lucky." 4- Giggle 5- Spread the word before the people at Google "fix" it.

Hello Everyone Thanks to all of you who have contacted me in response to the Earthquake in Pakistan. Fortunately, all my immediate family is fine but everyone is in complete shock. With about 45,000 dead, it's hard not to feel that we have lost something in our own lives (my first school where I went for kindergarden was completely pancaked by the quake, killing and injuring countless children, Samiha's maid in Islamabad lost her whole family and Tania's servant's village is in shambles). I really appreciate... Read More

A few days back, someone left this message in the guestbook of my website: "Salamun 'Alaik Fear Allah ya akhi, Dont you fear that you might just meet the angel of death while you are in a state of disobedience to your creator? This is fasaad you are spreading throughout the land and by Allah this very same things will be a witness for you on yawm-al-hashr, We ask Allah to guide us to al haq and to destroy kufr and the kaafireen" I am still trying to decipher what this anonymous individual is trying to say.... A Palestinian friend e-mailed me this; ========================= Friends, this is an appeal to the Palestinian and Arab community in particular. No other people and nation has stood consistently steadfastly in support of our causes, concerns and issues than the people and the nation of Pakistan. Today they need your help. Let?s show that we also care. For the Palestinians, there is no truer friend and supporter than Pakistan. Solidarity rallies in support of Palestinians have been a hallmark of Pakis... Read More

October 15, 2005 at 4:06pmOr, it just makes more sense for a member of a community to solicit for funds, rather than an 'outsider'.
October 15, 2005 at 4:03pmI'll ask my Palestinian friend for his perceptions on how 'his community' is behaving. I think the intent of the e-mail was more of an outreach, since it's still early on in the...

An e-mail I received, =============== Please take a minute out from whatever you are doing and click the link below to try and help those in Pakistan who are in desperate need of any help they can get. Then copy and paste the letter, amending your name, which is just asking Nestle to join the Aid Effort and provide water to those affected as they have quite a big bottling plant out there. They won't do anything without any positive badgering so please fill this in! Honestly, it doesn't even take a minute. ... Read More
