i'm a HUGE fan of early Verve (EPs, Storm In Heaven, Northern Soul) and even latter Verve (Urban Hymns)...i thought the first 2 Richard Ashcroft albums were good, but kind of shoddy.........the new one is kinda shoddy too, but i really do like it. It's overtly happy in some places, a bit daft in others...cheesy lyrics in some places.....but i just don't care really.......his voice is still amazing i think. any other Verve people here? yooamir?
