hey gals...so I like to wear eyeliner on both on the top and the bottom...but every eyeliner i get seems to run on the bottom. i have tried both liquid and regular. do you have any suggestions on a good black liner that doesnt spread???

Whenever I am on the treadmill, I get shin splints (I think that is what they are called?). Do you think it might be shoes, the pace, my short legs, or the incline?
