While we are each of us unique, I would say that that uniqueness is limited to the details of our individual genetic code. Hi guys, sup? My tummy has gotten bigger since I stopped being a student and eating more. I gained 30 pounds in the last year and I gained it only in the abdomen (argh). I started working out in a home gym every other day (Stamina Bandflex). I do Bicycle crunches, 3 sets of 20 each in the workout.
