Since the Shia'a always claim we dont know their sources or dont quote fabircation from their sources. Does anyone have any advice on protein shakes. I have recently started working out regularly (4-5 times a week - mainly high impact cardio). I basically want to lose some weight and gain muscle (doesn't everyone?). A number of people have told me that if you follow your workout with a protein shake it helps build muscle and stops you loading up on carbs. I am sure that most of you have at some point watched the coyote and the road runner cartoons. You know where the coyote always builds these huge, amazing contraptions to catch the road runner, and obviously fails. Salam Everyone !! I am a pure kashmiri from both mom and dad side... but i have never lived in kashmir as my ancestors moved downto pakistan.... but one thing i noticed about kashmiries............ They r nice and sweet but they think very HIGHLY of themselves... very proud of the gora rung and beauty ... and they prefer KASHMIRI munda or kashmiri larki for shaadi... whyyyyyyyy is that so?? every kashmiri i know is like that... i mean come on.. itna bhi kya ho gaya.... :)
