  • Well, then. It seems this is the week to post what you're reading. I've put down all my books to finish one: "The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy," by Douglas Adams. I know someone said to read it before the movie comes out in an earlier village journal. I'd like to echo her sentiments. So, read it before the movie comes out. By the way that was my echo. If you need more than a random person's random recommendation, below are two passages from the book I found very amusing that illumin... Read More

  • Ok, my question is this: Being a petite Asian woman, (5'3, 110 lbs), and noting that my body and build are common among other Asian women, I find it hard to find clothes that truly fit. Are there other women out there like me who would like to see a line come out that concentrates not on the uber tall (or even the medium height), but on the more petite women that make up a majority of the Asian female population? Are you all tired of wanting a hot pair of jeans only to find out they're too long on you and you ha... Read More

  • If you were starting a franchise, and could pick anyone in the NBA currently....who would you build your team around and why? my pick: Shaq...sure he is older...but he puts me in finals contention year in year out...opens up the game for the role players and makes them look really good (ie freakin Damon Jones, Haslem, and Rasul Butler for god sakes?!?!) Lebron is a close 2nd.
