What's up with these things? Anybody know if these are better than the rest? I hear this is the best multi-vitamin for a person who works out. Guys, I am strictly on a protein diet. I eat nothing but 2 grilled chicken meals (2 breasts per meal) and 1 meal consisting of a turkey sandwhich on whole wheat toast and 3 protein shakes everyday. I am trying to get as lean as possible. What I'm asking is, what is the benefit of adding vegetables to my diet and if so, what do you recommend? Thank You.

Salaam I just wanted to recommend the following book- it is a tremendously good read... "War Talk" by Arundhati Roy- it is a collection of very powerful essays that deal with the so-called war against terror, nuclear power, Muslims massacered in India etc. Roy won the Booker Prize for her novel "The God of Small Things"- also a good read. For those who do check the essay collection out or the novel- enjoy!

Quite a few of my female muslim friends, I am sad to say have come across "muslim" men of deplorable character who take advantage of them (i.e. harrass them verbally or worse) and then blame it on the women for dressing inappropriately while using Islam as a scapegoat for not being able to control their urges (e.g. they should be wearing Hijab, etc).
