"Get out!" cries the shocked priest.Next stop is a Southern Baptist church wher... Read More

  • Carbs are the main source of energy.. Carbs are broken down into glucose and released into the bloodstream. The speed in which it does this differs in Simple and COmplex Carbs. Complex carbs are called 'complex' because they have a complex molecular structure. Simple are called simple because they have a simple structure (doh). so it takes longer to break down complex carbs and its quicker to break down simple carbs. When you eat carbs, they are released into your bloodstream as glucose or stored in the fo... Read More

  • Source : www.americanchronicle.com Author : Amal Chaaban There is a new front in the war on terror. It is now the front of Radicals vs. Moderates. The moderates will win. For far too long, moderate Muslims have stood by wringing their hands as one psychopath after another declares that he is going in the way of jihad (or at least his version of jihad). • ok, so alcohol is forbidden in islam... but so is pre-marital sex and a myriad of other things. yet, there seems to be a bigger stigma against alcohol than anything. Example: i had one of my few muslim friends over with a few of the christian and buddhist friends and i had alcohol here (I no longer drink btw) - mainly wine - for my friends and my grandparents. the muslim friend felt so uncomfortable (even though the most someone drank was 2 glasses in a few hrs time) that he left soon after and he was upset all ... • What makes a long distance relationship a more interesting option than a homegrown one. Is it the allure of the exotic? Do UK/ US/ eastern men/ women really come across as that much better than their local counterparts? or are we all suffering from a bad case of 'all men/ women are horrible' and hoping for greener grass elsewhere without realising it..
