Ok so am going back to South Beach Phase One after a lapse of weddings and wedding cakes!! I find that sugar makes me very jittery these days and craving are back...(for sugar) Has anyone done phase 1 more then once? Not specifically for weight loss but more to cleanse their body? Are there some sports which are classified as mainly for females or males? For example, I would say boxing is definitely a MAN's sport/activity....ice skating, less so ... Here in the US, soccer is regarded as a "girlie sport" ... despite the fact that the US mens soccer team ranked no.7 in the world and has once again qualified for the world cup (in 2006). Would you refrain from taking part in a sport that is regarded more apt for the opposite sex in your locality?
