The man whispered, "God, speak to me" and a meadowlark sang. But, the man did not hear. So the man yelled, "God, speak to me" and the thunder rolled across the sky. But, the man did not listen. The man looked around and said, "God let me see you." And a star shined brightly. But the man did not see. And, the man shouted, "God show me a miracle." And, a life was born. But, the man did not notice. So, the man cried out in despair, "Touch me God, and let me know you are here." ... Read More

What made you become a teacher? When I was in college, I had an English teacher who told us that teaching was an ocupation that should be chosen out of love for teaching not for the salary. He said teachers make peanuts compared to other professions. I now understand what he meant. Teaching doesn't give the salary I would like but my love of teaching children and watching them grow makes up for the little money I make. I think there is so much children need to become healthy and responsible citizens and t... Read More
