Good day friends. DesieL is an abysmal advocate of the advanatges of consuming cow's milk. DesieL is heavy milk drinker, and there are somedays where he gets by just consuming a gallon of milk or two. So friends, drink milk, be happy and live a longer, stronger life.

Salaam! Any climbers in NC? I recently moved to NC from Southern California and would like to start climbing western NC when the weather warms up a bit. A word of warning, i don't know how to lead. I'm in very good shape, so the hiking part isn't really a problem. Technical climbs in a gym i can do 5.9 or mid range 5.10s (5.11s???-errr..not so much..) I've bouldered quite a bit in SoCal and done many 1 pitch climbs (though all of them have been top rope). I also did a few multi pitch climbs in Yosemite.... Read More
