A kiwi film about an old lady at the end of her life who is reminising about her childhood in Fiji. She tries to get her family to organise a get together so she can name her sucessor. The acting is really bad at first and gets better as you go along. The plot is a bit odd. Its not the best film i've ever seen. I cant understand how it won the sundance award.

I recently watched this film and seriously regretted it. Its awful. I cant believe that people spent money making such crap, its is not very funny at all. Its not even so bad its good. The funniest part in the whole film is at the beginning where there is a lot of writing to read, and the last bit of text says " If you cant read this you need glasses" and thats hardly original.

Just out of curiousity... Which cultures/ethnicities make up you? Which cultures/ethnicities are you comfortable in? What about your background? I will start this off. I'm Iraqi, American, and Norwegian. Call me a person who is comfortable with many different cultures as long as English, French, Arabic, American Sign Language, or Spanish is being spoken.
