A family friend just had a baby boy last week and the baby is almost a week still without a name. There are many discussions around what the boy should be named, should it be a religious name, it should be easy to pronounce etc? My question is when parents have a full nine months to decide on names why do they wait till the baby is born and wait days upon days to name the child. Has anyone seen this movie starring Emraan Hashmi and Udita Goswami? The soundtrack with music done by Himesh R. is fantabulous. I esp like the "Mohabbat ke...janabe janiya" and "Jhalak Dikhlaja" tracks. Himesh and Emraan seem to be the it duo...before this "Aasiq banaya aapne" -though the movie was a flop-was one of the hottest soundtracks and that too starred Emraan and Himesh composed the music and sang most of the songs.

As salamu alaykum. For those who work in Midtown, or happen to go by there, there is a halal shawarma/platter stand on 27th Street and Broadway which is there 7 days a week from 9am to 5pm. It's owned by some South lebanese shia and the name of one of the brothers is Ali Hamdan, and the other one also has the last name Hamdan.
