Well since Romana's dinner went so great i figured why not continue on with the fun. A group of friends and i are going to Great Adventure and i would like to extend the invite to you folks. We were looking at April 22 or the 29, both are Saturdays. Everyone is welcome to meet us there or if there are enough ppl we can arrange something. Salam all, I was reading about some other naseeb villages and they seem pretty active in getting local area naseebers together. I think it would be fun to plan a picnic or other regular events like hiking, going to outdoor concerts, etc. But it's kind of a big job...would anyone else be interested in helping to plan events like this? I am considering getting a personal trainer to help me to achieve my fitness goals (losing weight and toning up). I have had a couple of PT sessions at my gym, which I found pretty useless and have now approached one of my Spin class instructors (who is very motivating in the class situation). What do you think of hypnotherapy/hypnoanalysis? People with a higher IQ are usually more easily hypnotized. Hypnosis is a common state of mind that we experience every day. Its all about relaxing in the alpha state...or deeper if you're lucky... ;) Do you think it is a useful scientific tool which can aid in losing weight and stop smoking etc? I've gone 'mad' again and splurged on a number of new books.
