Hence the title which is the same as the journal title. It has works by Bukowski, Miller, Nin, Nabokov etc. If you ca n find a copy I highly recommend it.

I've been working on the "Adopt an Afghan Mosque" project for sometime now, and so far so good! We are now ready to expand to more areas within the U.S. If you don't have time, donate money. If you have a little bit of time, donate clothes and other articles. If you have time, become an organizer at your masjid, MSA, or like-minded organization to help promote this project. What: Mosques, MSA?s, and other like-minded organizations in the U.S. are sending boxes of goods to mosques in Afghanistan Why: ... Read More

Is it that troublesome to let people claim their national heritage by some other nations! Today my Persian co-worker smashed down the Arab nationalistic existence. His claim for US, ARAB is that we are a combination of different cultures and we belong to different ancient civilizations such as the Phoenicians and Babylon?etc. He said there is no such thing as Arab nation, and Arabs are people of the desert, and basically Bedouin! How did he come to this conclusion while Arabs share the same history, language,... Read More

sports.espn.go.com CHICAGO -- Scott Skiles agreed to a contract extension with the Chicago Bulls on Tuesday, one day after the coach said he had ended negotiations for a deal. In almost all cultures spanning all continents, the theory of relativity is the fairer your skin, the prettier you are. This applies to both genders though the buzz is around the female. In some cultures, elder relatives can be brutal about sharing their opionion on the person's beauty a.k.a. fair complexion. Can people share their experiences on how they were made to feel and whether this prejudice did skew their outlook on beauty? There was an ad in Pakistan for this creme which basically was a testimoni... Read More

My friend and his wife stayed in a hotel and got a bill for ninety bucks. He screamed, "Ninety dollars?, for what?" The desk clerk said, "For room and board sir." My friend said, "Room and board? We didn't eat here." The clerk said, "It was here for you. If you didn't get it, it's your fault." My friend said, "You take forty dollars. I'm charging you fifty dollars for fooling around with my wife." The clerk said, "I never touched your wife!" My friend said, "It was there for you."
