As much as I like Amitabh, I think there's just too much of him. Be it films, television, advertisements. On my recent visit to India, I couldnt believe all the products he was endorsing. Also, on a recent award show Amitabh couldnt attend the show and his son picked up the award for him. And then the TV camera trailed them to their house where Amitabh gave an acceptance speech. The whole thing looked like it came straight out of a bollywood tearjerker. I hope Amitabh realises that he'll become a joke if he hasn... Read More

Do you think those of Pakistani/Afghani/Irani (or any other type of Muslim) heritage born/raised in the US (or the West) are different--thought-wise and attitude-wise--than those who were born/raised back in the homeland? Why or why not?
January 29, 2006 at 12:42pmThis is very difficult issue to answer either way. I suppose I drift back and forth b/w whether or not a place one is raised on has an impact on their upbringing. Foe example, I...

Let me know what you guys think. We will need some event coordinators. I have alredy gotten 10-15 from CT and Boston who are really interested in doing this, the more people we get, the b...
