  • As some of you know already im in the market looking for a new nissan 350 z coupe. So far after visiting 3 dealerships i am convinced that they are out to screw people.I hear all this talk about so and so great deal but if they reduce the price of the car they try to f& ck me over on financing rates. If the interest rate goes down the price of the car seems to go up and my trade in car's value goes down. Not to mention the fact that the salespeople seem to be more happy about the car than i am. A friend told me to ... Read More

  • Don't ever stop asking! And don't ever limit what you ask for. Ask for the universe not because you deserve it Or because you are the one with your hands up for a prayer But because He is the Giver Because He is the One granting your wishes And placing boundaries around your self Thinking small at a time like that Makes you focus on yourself And not HIM There is no maximum to His blessings So push it beyond the edge Ask for the world without noticing the ersatz ceiling With the faith th... • I have this habit of saying dude, man, yo, yaar, buddy to people and one of my friends pointed out that it sounds very uneducated. I also noticed my "desi" male friends saying that too, but none of my non desi friends ever use these terms. Why do desi men say that? It sounds so weird...dude, man, yo, buddy, yaar its such a guy thing and a guy should say it to a guy, not to a woman. What are your thoughts about it? Personally, its such a turn off when a guy says that to me. I want to smack him silly ;) And... Read More

  • Salaam All, I?m going to be a NYU grad student this fall and am trying to find a place to stay. Are there any females out there looking for a roommate or are renting out a studio (end of august)? Just looking for something modest and clean?. Realistically, how much should I expect to pay for student type housing within a 30 minute commute from school? I?ve been finding ads for studios in the $900-$1000 range, but how scary are they? Is this feasible? I?m a little nervous about the whole move, so I am hoping t... Read More

  • Defence is an issue that has to be given top priority by a country for the continuance of its existence. Nations have always to watch out for all kinds of internal and external threats, assaults, risks of wars and terrorist actions. This is why they allocate a great part of their official budgets to defence. Armies are provided with the most advanced aircraft, ships, and arms, and the forces of defence are always kept at the highest level of preparedness.
