if you are to create a new spin off from any of the ST shows, what would you do? what would you base it on? what characters would you like to put in it and what personalities would they have? One idea that came to my mind is a Star Ship that goes exploring into the Gamma Quadrant exploring after the collapse of the dominion.

Salam! I'm going to AZ for winter break iA and would like to know if anyone has any suggestions as to were to go! I had dinner at a great, cheap and HALAL Restaurant. Its called Zaika Bar and Restaurant. Decor is great (TAJ Mahal motif and food is very good and also cheap. Its fairly new so am sure they would appreciate the business.
